In my observation Bill Viola plays a lot with time & motion in his video works. I feel it gives more scope to express the emotion of an image.
Rashid Rana:
Rashid Rana’s series work “Dis-location” is an exceptional example of time based single frame image.

My experiment: Time based image
Cinemagraph:
If photography is capturing a moment in a frame, Cinemagraph is manipulating that moment within the frame. In short “Manipulating the time”
In this series I have captured some moment form the daily life of South Asian village people.
Cinemagraphs is born out of a need to tell a story in a fast digital age.
Experiment-01.1: Village people.
Experiment-01.2: Riverside people.
